Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all purchases from niezstudio.com. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Seller

2. Orders

A binding agreement is formed when you receive our order confirmation by email. Every piece is produced in a limited quantity; if an item sells out before your order is confirmed, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in SEK and include Swedish VAT. Shipping costs are shown in checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by our payment provider in checkout.

4. Delivery

5. Right of withdrawal

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us at info@niezstudio.com within that period and return the goods unused, with labels attached, no later than 14 days after notifying us. We refund the amount paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay the return shipping unless otherwise agreed. [Adjust if you offer free returns.]

6. Complaints

You have the right to complain about faulty goods under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act for up to three years from purchase. Contact us within a reasonable time after discovering the fault.

7. Limited releases

Pieces are released once and never restocked. A withdrawn or returned piece may be released again only as part of the same release.

8. Disputes

We aim to resolve every issue together with you. You may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se, or the EU online dispute platform, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
